The Lynx Building, located in the north end of Saskatoon is ideal for students, seniors and temporary workers coming to the city. This building offers renovated bachelor suites with excellent natural lighting, equipped with building security cameras and on-site management.

We practice proactive maintenance to identify issues before they become bigger problems. We do almost all of our own maintenance and repairs to keep our costs down and our rents low. We provide affordable suites in a well-managed building. We take pride in our building and it shows.
