The Crime Free Multi-Housing program is operated by the Saskatoon Police Services. This program brings owners, residents, property managers and the police together to help keep illegal and nuisance activity out of rental properties which promotes a safer environment for residents and the Community.
Strong Community Spirit
Annual BBQ & Safety Social- We hold a BBQ for residents every year in conjunction with the Crime Free Multi-Housing Safety Social. It is a great way to get residents out to meet their neighbours and to educate our residents on safety principles and crime prevention.
Garden Box Program- Calling all Green Thumbs. Our garden box program is open to all residents at the building. If you are an avid gardener or would like to try gardening you might want to check our gardening program.
Sharing Corner- We try to promote sharing at the building. Residents can often find canned goods, clothing, and housewares at the sharing corner. Residents, following the 3 sharing rules can either take an item or leave an item. Come check out the sharing corner and see what surprises you might find.
